I am so exhausted.

I am on such an emotional low. (An okay, peaceful, drained low at the moment, but all too prone to utter depression these days.)

I have so much work to do.

Please, God, just get me through these few weeks...

I know how you feel. I'm doing a much better today than I have in the last several weeks. Today, I think I might actually accomplish in the next two weeks all that I have to accomplish. Hah. It'll be a crazy two weeks one way or another.
